The Velocity RZA500.2 amplifier has been designed to be the best sounding powerhouse amplifier available for Harley audio applications. At Velocity Speaker Design we got sick of dealing with the makeshift amplifiers that other companies put out there. We decided to build our own amplifiers that did not cut corners on top level performance and we designed them so ther are better engineered for the motorcycle environment. 

BETTER SUSTAINED POWER

Velocity amplifiers provide far better-sustained power than other amplifiers anyway, but by using twin 2-channel amplifiers you get double the power supplies and even more stable power output. Who cares what ridiculous power numbers the competition is claiming on their amplifiers that are measured at a 1/1000th of a second burst? That is not power you can hear. Velocity amplifiers are able to sustain rated power indefinitely. And you can absolutely hear that power all day long.

TWO CHANNELS IS BETTER THAN FOUR 

Whether you are looking for the best fitment, best performance, or best system design options, there are many advantages to multiple 2 channel amplifiers over amplifiers with more channels onboard. We designed the RZA500.2 amplifier to work in pairs when installed in the faring. That is why you can easily fit two of them side by side in Street Glide and Electra Glide fairings with plenty of room left over for your DSP without any modifications to the bike. When used with our Velocity 8 DSP this nets you 8 fully active channels! In Road Glides you can fit 3 for a total of 10 channels. Running multiple 2 channel amplifiers gives you much more flexibility when it comes to fitment. Multiple 2 channel amplifiers also have a distinct power supply performance advantage as well. With dedicated 8 gauge runs to the battery, 2 channel amplifiers are able to tap larger surges of energy more efficiently than an equivalent 4 channel amplifier, and that equates to performance that you can hear. 

FULL CHASSIS HEATSINK 

The RZA500.2 uses a full chassis heatsink that covers the entire top and bottom of the amplifier instead of using a flimsy sheet metal bottom like other amplifiers. This amounts to an amplifier that can be more firmly mounted in many applications. The added heat sink mass also allowed us to push the performance limitations of this amplifier

The Velocity 8 DSP can be ordered to be fully plug and play with multiple RZA500.2 amplifiers. This allows you to build monster systems that simply plug in and work without the pitfalls and complexities that other types of equipment would get you into.

SECURELY MOUNT YOUR VELOCITY AMPLIFIER INSIDE YOUR SADDLEBAG OR TOUR PACK

CNC machined from thick cast acrylic with a solid PVC mounting puck, this amplifier rack is sturdy enough to handle extreme vibration and temperature swings. This kit comes with all American-made stainless steel fasteners, mounting tape, and a tube of self-mixing epoxy.

MANY MOUNTING OPTIONS

The best thing about our "Bond-In" system is that you have many placement options within the bag for mounting your amplifier. No through bolts are required.

OPTIONAL RGB LIGHTING

Choose a wide range of colors with the optional RGB lighting module. The LED can be permanently wired for a single color or you can use it with any standard RGB controller for colors that are selectable in real time. 

BOND-IN IS BUILT TO ENDURE

The Bond-In mounting system raises the amp rack just ½” off of the surface so that the rack can be mounted to surfaces that have a curvature and wires and connections can be hidden away under the rack. The Bond-In mounting system is permanent yet serviceable. The mounting puck can hold 150 pounds of side force yet the rack can be easily removed with 6 stainless steel screws.

The Velocity RZ65H speakers are a huge jump forward in tunability for pro-audio-type speakers on Harley baggers. We built the RZ65H speakers to sound better out of the box without the typical response issues of horn-loaded pro-audio-type speakers. 

These speakers are the best of both worlds

The Hertz HD14H saddle bag lid cut-in kit makes it possible for you to add their 6x9 speakers to your stock, non-speaker lids you currently have without sacrificing quality, safety and without emptying your wallet.

OUR FAVORITE 4 CHANNEL AMPLIFER

The RZA1000.4 is the very best-sounding amplifier made specifically for Harley use. This amplifier has better speaker cone control at high volumes for better bass, and far better high frequency fidelity than other amplifiers. Natively compatible with factory Harley radios and aftermarket radios alike, the RZA1000.4 has a super wide range input (.41 to 10 volts) that is balanced so that it can accept anything from a standard line level RCA to a high voltage speaker level input directly from a factory radio. And it does this without the need for any noisy line levelers. This amplifier uses a far superior internal power supply to other amplifiers and can sustain extreme performance where other amplifiers just run out of gas and clip or drop in volume. This is a beast of an amplifier in a small footprint. This amplifier features a full chassis heat sink for more performance in a much smaller size package. The full chassis heat sink also allows for the amplifier to be mounted in any position and to keep cool even on the hottest summer days.
