Harley Amplifier Setting Gains by Voltage the Correct Way

Set your amplifier gains the right way using AC voltage, the proper test track, and the speaker-specific settings below.

Important: Download the gain-setting ZIP file, extract it to a clean USB drive, and play it directly from your radio when setting gains. Do not play this track from your phone during setup.

American Hard Bag Gain Setting Track

Choose the file format that works best for your setup, download the ZIP file, unzip it, then copy it to a clean USB drive and play it directly from your radio while setting amplifier output by AC voltage.

.WAV File

Recommended for the most accurate signal. WAV is uncompressed and is the better choice for voltage-based gain setting when your radio supports it.

.MP3 File

Best for broad compatibility and smaller file size. Use MP3 if your radio or USB playback setup does not handle WAV files properly.

Download .MP3

Unzip the downloaded file and copy the audio file to a USB drive for use on the bike.
