Return & Exchange Policy
Get a Return Authorization (RA) Number
Before sending anything back, please contact us via phone or email to get an RA number assigned. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. See our contact details below.
- Return Labels: We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Warranty Returns: If we’re sending your item back after a repair or replacement (warranty cases only), we’ll cover the shipping back to you (within the 50 U.S. states only).
Fitment Guarantee
If your item does not fit your bike as specified on our website:
- We’ll issue 100% credit for the item in exchange for a comparable product we carry.
- If we do not have or cannot obtain a proper replacement, we’ll provide a full refund, not including the original shipping.
- Note: This guarantee only applies to items explicitly listed as compatible with your bike. If compatibility wasn’t guaranteed on the product page, we’ll still generally accept exchanges, provided the item is in new and resaleable condition—but shipping fees will apply.
Return Condition
All returned items, including defective or damaged items, must be packed securely and returned in unused, resaleable condition.
- Returns that are poorly packed or arrive damaged will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges if your item meets the return criteria:
- Replacements are sent only after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the return back to us. There is no free return shipping.
- We aim to make the exchange process as smooth as possible, but the returned item must pass inspection before the replacement ships.

Overnight Shipping
We do not offer overnight shipping due to various constraints.
- Most shipments are sent via UPS Ground.
- For smaller items, we may use USPS Priority Mail when appropriate.
